We have well qualified QA and QC teams to ensure superior quality and timely shipment of the products manufactured under our supervision. The QC teams are involved in various activities at various stages of Supply Chain
Status report is based on multi-state inspection and transmitted to the buyers. The production progress is analyzed in relation to delivery terms and suitable course of action is taken to ensure that goods are delivered in time. Consignments are readied for shipment only if they match up-to the standards required by our buyers.
Shipping documents are checked as per the buyer’s instruction and the copy of documents are sent to buyer well in advance of the shipment to avoid any discrepancies.
The shipping logistics is handled by our dedicated “Shipment Logistics and Customer Service Team” which conducts regular meetings with the client’s forwarders in order to maximize efficiency and boost coordination between the two parties. Azim Fashion Ltd deals with highly complex files that incorporate all the logistics of supplying the product and our team is proficient in all matters related to legislation, bureaucracy and other required procedures.

Risks are reduced by checking material components, accessories / user manuals etc. at this stage itself.
First finished products are checked against buyer’s specification and prototype sample. Deviations are identified and brought out for correction.
Inspection during production is carried out to check and verify that the initial discrepancies have been rectified and to ensure the average quality standard of production runs.
Final random inspection is carried out when the total consignment is packed and ready for shipment. FRI is performed according to the International Inspection Standards. The detailed physical inspection of the samples selected at random is based on specifications of the buyers and it cover the criteria such as design / style, shrinkage, accessories, appearance, markings, color, labeling, material, assortments, workmanship, measurements, packing etc.
Laboratories are an extremely valuable component of our services that facilitate smooth business transactions between exporters and importers. Our laboratory services include to check color matching as per the requirement, weight, dimensional stability, shrinkage, appearance after washing, color fastness to washing and staining, rubbing.
Moreover if our client want to make sure about the materials of production in order to abide by the importing law of his/her country, we would be happy to conduct tests and produce a report on the following:
Textile: These tests are conducted to assess their conformity with mandatory requirements. Tests include ISO, EN, DIN and BS standards.
Packaging and Paper: Various tests are conducted in accordance with the ISO, ASTM, TAPPI, NSTA, BS and JIS standards.
These tests are conducted to assess conformity with environmental and chemical requirements. These days, with ecological concerns growing all the time, consumers want goods that are free of toxic or cancer – causing contents such as PAH, cadmium, etc.
As much as we care about customer satisfaction and customer requirement we also care about having our goods produced in a work-friendly environment. Azim Fashion Ltd has been playing a pioneering role in the apparel sourcing industry of Bangladesh by ensuring compliance and safety standards at work-Azim Fashion Ltd only works with factories which ensure total compliance with regard to safety standards. Furthermore Azim Fashion Ltd constantly updates its partners regarding the requirements of our foreign clients as well as International Code of Work Safety and Oeko – Tex standards. We ensure factories work in accordance with the requirements of BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative), WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production) and GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standards).
Social compliance is a legal requirement which takes into account minimum labour standards, occupational safety measure and environmental concern. Azim Fashion is obliged to comply with the ‘National Labour Law’ and if any additional requirement from buyer. In order to monitor the activities related to Social Compliance including safety & security, labour welfare and improvement of working condition in factory, we have a strong Compliance Monitoring Cell in Azim Fashion. The monitoring cell audits the factories where the orders are to be placed, then the results are passed on to the customers and necessary actions are taken when needed.
We adopt a rigorous selection process for garment manufacturers, ensuring only those that are totally committed to exceeding our high ethical standards become an appointed manufacturer. We are committed to working towards building a sustainable production and operation at the same time ensuring a proactive and safe working environment for workers.
